Hi-Tec Syngear SYN Road Ranger SAE50 meet or exceed the requirements of:
Synthetic Roadranger SAE 50 is made from premium polyalphaolefin and ester full synthetic base oils for use in Roadranger gearboxes and for automotive and industrial applications where extreme pressure properties are not required. The extremely high viscosity index and very low pour point provide a tough, highly adhesive film to give superior protection against wear to gear-teeth and bearings.
Synthetic Roadranger SAE 50 can also be used where the manufacturer’s recommendation is for an API GL-1 service gear oil. Synthetic Roadranger SAE 50 can be used for mild gear oil applications in some manual transmissions, spiral bevel axle assemblies and worm gear drives on commercial, farm and truck equipment.
API GL-1
