NEVER MELT GREASE is multi-functional lubricating grease recommended for bearing applications where operational temperatures can be very high. NEVER MELT GREASE is an amber, buttery textured grease manufactured from bentone thickened paraffinic base oils and fortified with effective oxidation, rust and corrosion inhibitors. NEVER MELT GREASE does not have a melting point due to its bentone (clay) based thickener and thus is suitable for use in high temperatures situations. It has good low temperature properties as well, ensuring that is suitable for applications where temperatures are below freezing.
Never Melt Grease is suitable for use in many applications including:
Automotive: In cars, trucks, tractors and trailers – Chassis, universal joints, wheel bearings especially
those operating at the high temperatures associated with disc braking systems.
Industrial: For ball and roller bearings especially where high temperatures are encountered.
It is a prime recommendation for automotive, marine and industrial bearings where long service life is
required.
1. What makes Never Melt Grease different?
It uses a bentone (clay) thickener, meaning it has no melting point. It maintains structure even at extremely high temperatures, unlike lithium-based greases.
2. What applications is Never Melt Grease ideal for?
It is used in automotive, marine, and industrial bearings exposed to high temperatures—especially wheel bearings near disc brakes, chassis joints, and industrial bearings.
3. Can Never Melt Grease handle extreme temperatures?
Yes. It works from -18°C to above 200°C, and remains stable even at temperatures over 400°C (with increased service intervals).
4. Is Never Melt Grease water resistant?
It has outstanding water washout resistance, making it suitable for wet and contaminated environments.
5. Does it resist oxidation and corrosion?
Yes. It contains powerful oxidation, rust, and corrosion inhibitors to protect bearings in harsh conditions.
6. Can Never Melt Grease be pumped through a grease gun?
Yes. It has excellent pumpability over a wide temperature range due to its shear-resistant formula.
