Hi-Tec HD HAMMER CHISEL PASTE is a grease formulated to provide lubrication of hydraulic hammers and is fortified with solids to prevent galling and seizing. It has an operating temperature range of –30 to +200ºC with protection up to 1000ºC provided by the solids content.

1. What is HD Hammer Chisel Paste designed for?
It is designed for extreme heavy-duty applications such as mining breakers, chisels, demolition tools, offshore equipment, slow-moving gears, and wire ropes exposed to shock loads.
2. Can this paste withstand high temperatures and vibration?
Yes. It performs from –30°C to 200°C, resists vibration, and handles extreme shock loads due to its calcium sulphonate complex technology and graphite additives.
3. Why does it contain graphite?
Graphite provides solid lubrication in oscillating or slow-speed movements where metal-to-metal contact is likely, extending equipment life.
4. Is HD Hammer Chisel Paste water resistant?
Extremely. It resists water, mud, slurry, and harsh washdown conditions found in mining and construction.
5. Does it prevent rust and corrosion?
Yes. It contains built-in corrosion inhibitors ensuring protection in wet and dirty industrial environments.
6. Can it be used on marine equipment?
Yes. It is suitable for offshore jacking grease applications and marine wire lubrication due to its superior anti-corrosion properties.
