PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

LHM Plus Brake Fluid is a premium mineral oil-based fluid specifically designed to meet the ISO 7308 standard for use in automotive hydraulic, suspension, power steering and braking systems.

COMPATIBILITIES

  • DO NOT mix with DOT 3, DOT 4, DOT 5 or DOT 5.1 brake fluids.
  • Do not use in vehicles specifying vegetable oils, synthetic fluid or conventional brake fluid.

1. What is LHM Plus Brake Fluid used for?
LHM Plus is a premium mineral-oil based hydraulic fluid used in automotive hydraulic systems, suspension systems, power steering, brake boosters, and select braking systems requiring ISO 7308–approved mineral fluids.
2. Can LHM Plus be mixed with DOT brake fluids?
No. LHM Plus must not be mixed with DOT 3, DOT 4, DOT 5, or DOT 5.1 brake fluids, as they are glycol- or silicone-based and incompatible.
3. Which vehicles require LHM Plus fluid?
It is commonly used in PSA vehicles (Peugeot, Citroën), as well as Jaguar, Rolls Royce, certain motorcycles (as fork oil), and some agricultural and specialty equipment.
4. What is the operating temperature range?
LHM Plus operates effectively from –40°C to 110°C, ensuring excellent performance in extreme climates.
5. Does LHM Plus help prevent wear and corrosion?
Yes. It provides excellent anti-wear, anti-corrosion, anti-foam, and sludge-prevention properties.
6. How often should LHM Plus be replaced?
For best results, drain and replace once a year or as per manufacturer recommendations.
7. Is LHM Plus compatible with all rubber seals?
