- Promoter
The Promoter is Hi-Tec Oils Pty Ltd (ABN: 28 053 837 362), of 5 Tarlington Place, Smithfield 2164, Sydney Australia (“Promoter”).
- Campaign Name
Bathurst 2026 – The Throttle Experience
- Campaign Period
The Campaign commences at 12:00am (AEST) on 28/02/2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 28th March 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
- Eligibility
Participation is strictly limited to new trade customers who:
- Are 18 years or older
- Are Australian residents and authorised owner or representatives of a business or organisation.
- Successfully create a new Hi-Tec Oils trade account during the Campaign Period
- Are not existing Hi-Tec Oils customers or trade account holders
Employees of the Promoter, its distributors, and their immediate families are not eligible.
Existing customers can get the access to the tickets by contacting their Sales Representative. They have separate Bathurst ticket allocations outside of this Campaign. Existing customers should contact their Hi-Tec Oils sales representative for further information.
The random draw component (Tier 3) is not open to eligible participants located in South Australia (SA) or the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). All other tiers remain available nationally
New trade customers located in SA or ACT are not eligible to participate in the random draw component of this Campaign. But they can participate in the rest two Tier offers.
- Campaign Structure & Participation Tiers
This Campaign consists of three (3) tiers, determined by customer activity following new account creation.
Tier 1 & Tier 2 – Experience-Based Tiers
To qualify for Tier 1 or Tier 2, eligible participants must:
- Successfully open a new Hi-Tec Oils trade account during the Campaign Period;
• Meet internal promotional qualification criteria as determined solely by the Promoter;
• Place eligible trade orders within the Campaign Period.
Qualification criteria, reward allocation, and tier determination will be communicated directly by the Promoter’s authorised sales representatives and are not publicly disclosed.
Only orders placed and invoiced by the Promoter during the Campaign Period will be considered.
Details of Tier 1 and Tier 2 inclusions will be communicated directly by the Promoter.
Tier 3 – Draw-Based Tier
New trade customers who successfully open a trade account but do not place an order within three (3) weeks of account approval will be eligible only for entry into a random draw, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Each eligible Tier 3 participant will receive one (1) entry into the draw.
(Tier 3 – Draw-Based Prize)
All eligible entries for Tier 3 will be entered into a random draw.
- The draw will be conducted electronically using a third-party random number generator.
- The draw will take place at Hi-Tec Oils Head Office on the nominated draw date.
- The draw will be conducted in the presence of two independent representatives of the Promoter.
- The draw process will be documented, including a screen recording of the random number generation and a formal record of the winning entry.
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Campaign Reward / Experience
Eligible participants may receive the opportunity to participate in a Bathurst 2026 Experience, which may include:
- Official event tickets
- Supercars pit and/or paddock access
- Behind-the-scenes experiences
- Hosted hospitality
- Hi-Tec Oils branded merchandise
- Photography and videography capture for promotional use
The exact inclusions, dates, and format will be determined by the Promoter and are subject to availability.
- Reward Conditions
- Travel, accommodation, meals, insurance, and incidental expenses are not included, unless explicitly confirmed in writing by the Promoter
- Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash
- Participants must be available on the nominated dates
- Failure to attend or comply with requirements may result in forfeiture
- Draw & Selection
The Tier 3 random draw is not open to eligible participants located in South Australia (SA) or the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
- The draw will be conducted at the Promoter’s premises in New South Wales on 29th March 2026. Tier 1 and Tier 2 qualification will be determined based on internal promotional criteria assessed by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
- Notification
Selected participants will be notified via email and/or phone using the details provided during account registration.
If a participant does not respond within 10 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative participant.
If required under applicable state legislation, a redraw may occur.
- Content, Media & Publicity
By participating, participants consent to:
- Being photographed or filmed during the experience
- The use of their name, business name, image, voice, and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes across digital, print, social, and video channels
No compensation will be payable for such use.
- Conduct & Compliance
Participants must comply with all events, venue, and safety requirements.
The Promoter reserves the right to remove or disqualify any participant engaging in unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour.
- Disqualification
The Promoter may disqualify any participant who:
- Is found to be an existing customer
- Provides false or misleading information
- Attempts to manipulate or abuse the Campaign
- Breaches these Terms & Conditions
- Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Participation is at the participant’s own risk
- The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
The Promoter is not responsible for any changes to event scheduling, format, cancellation, or restrictions imposed by event organisers or regulatory authorities.
- Privacy
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://hi-tecoils.com.au/privacy-policy/ and used for administering the Campaign and related communications where consent has been provided.
The random draw component of this Campaign is void in South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory.
By submitting account details, participants consent to being contacted by the Promoter for campaign administration and related commercial communications.

- The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the Campaign if required
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia
- Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts
